Produce, shoot & edit company-wide video projects including but not limited to:
Broadcast Ancillary Programming Elements (monthly magazine show player profiles, educational vignettes, historical retrospectives, music videos, show features, etc.)
Game Presentation Elements (music videos, sponsor features, etc.)
Produce features for Web and App
Internal Video Projects (Hockey Ops Videos, Youth Hockey Videos, Marketing Summaries, Sponsorship execution examples.)
Produce monthly 30 minute “Predators Snapshot” show.
Become familiar with all equipment in the In-Arena Control Room with emphasis on becoming proficient with EVS replay system for Game-Night duties.
Maintain equipment and tape library.
Assist in the logging and organizing of game highlight melts.
Participate in department creative meetings.
Operates video camera equipment with filters and other special effects, and sets up lighting equipment in order to obtain good video images.
Operate video camera to gather images and interviews in the field; later editing into finished programming.
Perform duties involving studio set-up, , direction of studio and field production, video graphics
Operate video editing equipment (non-linear editing) to finish programs. Operates computerized video editing equipment to finish programs per script; uses editing techniques including scene pacing and timing, shot transitions, graphics, and digital effects.
Utilize studio and field lighting to achieve technical and artistic levels of lighting necessary for obtaining good video images.
Manage multiple projects to meet stated objectives and timelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
B.A. in Film/Video Production or related field.
Minimum 3 years professional producing, shooting, editing experience.
Minimum 3 years non-linear editing experience.
Previous experience in live sports production.
Strong written and oral communication skills required.
Ability to work under pressure, adhere to strict deadlines and multitask.
Ability to operate a video camera and editing equipment.
Ability to organize, maintain and retrieve information in an efficient manner.
Ability to consistently perform detailed work.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
Valid Tennessee driver’s license, possess a suitable driving history and be insurable by Club’s insurance carrier and have reliable transportation.

Walking, bending, carrying, lifting and handling heavy video equipment weighing up to 50 pounds required.
Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate a video camera, editing equipment, computer, mouse and a keyboard and to operate hand tools.
Ability to sit, stand, talk, hear, use hand and fingers, handle and feel, or operate objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms, good visual acuity, see color and depth perception.
Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with clients and coworkers.
Ability to carry out specific oral and written instructions
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to stand in an upright position for continuous period of time.
Excellent speaking and listening skills, requiring the perception of speech.
Professional video cameras such as Sony FS-7 or A7SII.
Non-Linear Editing Software- Adobe Premiere Pro preferred.
Additional Production Software - Adobe After Effects / Adobe Photoshop.
Proficiency with Microsoft Exchange / Word / Excel.
