Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Buffalo Sabres and PSE web content team to provide professional coverage throughout the 2018 IIHF World Junior Championship, including game previews, game recaps, feature stories and other content as assigned.
  • Cover fan-related events connected to the 2018 IIHF World Junior Championship in Buffalo, particularly those taking place in and around KeyBank Center, HarborCenter and New Era Field.
  • Must have a working knowledge of hockey and the World Junior Championship, as well as prior writing experience.

Summary:

    • Optimizes site performance consistently 
    • Produces and manages site / app features and functionality

    • Setup tracking utilizing tagging, pixels, CFCs within the site structure.

Qualifications:

The National Hockey League is looking for a SQL Developer and Stats Analyst for the development, enhancement, and support of their statistics research.  This role will develop the tools to provide the NHL Public Relations staff with historical stats related to current noteworthy events that occur in NHL games on a nightly basis.  This role’s duties will include using various tools and/or historical databases to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize statistical data in a usable form to bolster story lines and increase interest in the game.

This position will be responsible for:

SUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the full life cycle of projects, including ensuring projects adhere to the agreed-upon scope, timelines, and budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT INITIATIVES

  • Work directly with business owners to develop business requirements, project scope and project plan on various initiatives. Initially, the Project Manager will manage the implementation of a third-party Pension Administration system and participant portal.
  • Define oversight/governance model, including roles and responsibilities, processes for risk management, communications and reporting, benchmarks/metrics.

  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing; clearly identify issues and expected outcomes, and work with developers to resolve issues and errors.
  •  Develop data migration strategies; oversee data analysis, data mapping, and data conversion program test plans.
  • Obtain stakeholder sign-offs / approvals on specifications, testing, and deployments.
  • Ensure League security policies are applied appropriately to new and existing applications.
  • Manage relationships with third party vendors and internal departments, including application development, legal, and finance.

OTHER

  • Ensure super users are properly trained on delivered applications and tools, including creating user documentation as required.
  • Oversee administration of finance systems, including user administration and application configuration.

QUALIFICATIONS

Overview: This role will be responsible for leading CRM initiatives for the Boston Bruins & TD Garden.
