Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

    Create Advertising Sales proposals using PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc. with direction from Sales Staff.
    Create various spreadsheets that track the components of the Advertising Sales Contracts using Excel (i.e. radio, JumboTron, print, tickets, suite nights, autographed merchandise).
    Use the Internet to research various companies and prepare reports.
    Perform various office tasks (i.e. faxing, preparing overnight mailings, typing, copying, binding reports).
    Update and maintain two sets of Contract Summary Books.
    Assist with game night operations and promotional giveaways during home games throughout the 2009-10 Season.
    Assist with various non-hockey events off-site and at Mellon Arena (i.e. Season Ticket Holder events).

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 


    Interns will record and compile individual players&amp;rsquo; stats for the game-by-game section of the season in-review publication. Stats must be completed in-house and should be updated before each game for distribution in the press box. Candidate should have experience with Microsoft Excel.
    Records head coaches&amp;rsquo; (home and visiting) post-game press conferences and provides a transcript for distribution to the media. Must possess excellent typing and editing skills.
    Pre-game responsibilities include distribution of stats, game notes, news clippings and news releases for the media and team management in the press box.
    Interns will provide out-of-town scores from around the League to the press box twice a period.
