			Community Relations Associate
The Community Relations Associate reports to the Director of Community Relations and will work within the Anaheim Ducks and Honda Center Community Relations department, as well as on behalf of the Anaheim Ducks Foundation, the main beneficiary of the Anaheim Ducks fundraising efforts. The mission of the Anaheim Ducks Foundation is to facilitate and support programs that produce positive change for children and families throughout Southern California by providing educational opportunities, broadening access to the sport of hockey and addressing the health and wellness needs of our community.
The Community Relations Department plans and executes special events to benefit the Anaheim Ducks Foundation- and subsequently the community- through its own programs and financial support of local nonprofit organizations. The primary responsibility of the Community Relations Associate is to administer annual Community Relations Signature Events and other Community Relations fundraisers.

Must be at least 18 years old. Previous cooking experience required.

Position: Game Night Sponsorship Assistant 
Department: Business Development
Reports to: Director, Sponsorship Activation
SUMMARY:
The Game Night Sponsorship Assistant will work during home games and other selected events to assist the sponsorship activation team in executing sponsorship promotions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
(other duties may be assigned as required)
&amp;bull; Assist with various sponsor related promotions including: contacting and escorting contestants for promotions, taking photos of contestants, assisting with set-up, delivery and break down of promotions.
&amp;bull; Assist with the tracking and effectiveness of all sponsorship elements. Tasks include monitoring building set-up, identifying errors in building delivery, photo taking for monthly and annual reports. 
&amp;bull; At conclusion of events / games, download and file all photos taken at event
&amp;bull; At conclusion of events / games, document the evening in a post game recap summary and distribute it to the Activation department for follow-up.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

&amp;bull; 19 years or older
&amp;bull; Solid team player 
&amp;bull; Strong interpersonal people skills, with an ability to interact professionally with fans
&amp;bull; Set-up of promotions may require some heavy lifting and moving of materials

The Dispatch Operator will be the main contact for receiving and dispatching calls to security, housekeeping, operations, and conversions during hockey games, concerts and events. Responsibilities will include operating a CCT camera system and responding to guests through our fan texting program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

&amp;bull; Dispatch security, first aid, housekeeping and Guest Services Supervisors to incidents
&amp;bull; Record all event evictions and incidents
&amp;bull; Complete dispatch activity logbook
&amp;bull; Complete event summary for each event
&amp;bull; Operate the fan texting interface
&amp;bull; Respond to all customer issues through fan texting
&amp;bull; Dispatch appropriate resources based on fan communication
&amp;bull; Operate the CCT camera system during events
&amp;bull; Bookmark incident footage for future review
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
&amp;bull; Working knowledge of radio use and protocol
&amp;bull; Working knowledge of CCT camera use and procedures 
&amp;bull; Ability to multi-task and assess priorities in busy environment
&amp;bull; Strong communication skills
&amp;bull; Ability to stay calm and focused during stressful situations
&amp;bull; Available to work evenings and weekends
